Inputs are user supplied; examples are illustrative. There is no live route, vehicle, traffic, toll, rental or fuel-station data feed in the supplied tools. Currency selection labels numbers and does not exchange currencies. Unit selection changes interpretation and does not convert entered values.
Road Trip Cost Planner
Accommodation, meals and other amounts use the labels shown next to each field. Enter the entire trip distance yourself. Actual costs may include items not represented by your inputs.
Fuel Stop and Range Estimator
Consumption is held constant. The reserve is your chosen assumption, not a guaranteed safe margin. The refill count assumes stations are available exactly when needed and can be too low for a real route. Conditions, gauges and consumption vary; refuel earlier when uncertain.
Driving Break and Arrival Planner
The plan uses entered driving time, one fixed break pattern and optional delay. It ignores time zones, daylight-saving changes, fatigue, legal driving limits and actual road conditions. It is not permission to keep driving until the next generated stop.
Toll and rental comparisons
The value of time and wear allowances are planning assumptions, not necessarily cash payments. Rental taxes use one simplified entered basis. Check complete quotes, insurance, deposits, restrictions and vehicle suitability separately.
